Welcome to an extraordinary adventure! Your journey begins with a warm reception at Naples International Airport, where our expert guides will escort you to your charming Sorrento hotel. After a delightful welcome lunch that introduces you to local culinary treasures such as seafood pasta (spaghetti alle vongole), mozzarella in carrozza, and sfogliatella, we’ll prepare for a week of biking, ensuring your comfort for the adventures ahead. Starting from the heart of Sorrento, we’ll swiftly venture into some of the world’s most breathtaking landscapes. Our route winds through idyllic countryside, graced with lemon orchards, historic towns, and picturesque hamlets, each offering panoramic vistas of the enchanting sea. In the afternoon, we’ll take a break at one of the region’s renowned eateries, indulging in local delicacies that are bound to tantalize your taste buds. As the day gently fades, we’ll return to the hotel to prepare for a gourmet dinner at one of Sorrento’s finest restaurants—a perfect beginning to our week of adventure and exploration.

Today, we invite you to savour an exhilarating fusion of culinary delights and adventure. Our journey begins in the charming town of Sorrento, with a morning ride that spans 20 kilometres along the coastline, granting you mesmerizing views of the Gulf of Naples and the iconic Vesuvius on the horizon. We’ll pedal through picturesque Vico Equense and Castellammare di Stabia, taking in the scenic coastal vistas. Our cycling adventure takes an enticing turn as we ascend through quaint villages to Agerola, where a private delicacy-tasting experience awaits. Returning to the saddle, you’ll experience the thrill of a 15-kilometre downhill stretch, characterized by a series of winding curves that unveil breathtaking views of the Gulf of Salerno, ultimately leading us to the enchanting Grotta dello Smeraldo. Continuing from Praiano, a 30-kilometre ride awaits, featuring a graceful interplay of ascents and descents along the iconic Amalfi Coast. To our left, the Gulf of Sorrento accompanies us as we journey through this picturesque landscape. Our day concludes back in Sorrento, allowing you time to relax and prepare for a dinner that is bound to leave a lasting impression on your culinary journey.

Today, our journey leads us to the captivating destination of Paestum. We’ll traverse a landscape adorned with lemon orchards and ancient olive groves, following the dramatic, rugged coastline that unveils enchanting villages. As we pedal along, be prepared to be captivated by the iconic Faraglioni of Capri, a sight to behold. Our route will guide us along picturesque seaside roads, taking us through charming towns such as Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi. Here, we’ll pause to savour the impressive vistas of the sapphire sea, set between the Gulf of Naples and the Gulf of Salerno. Our stop at the renowned Fiorentino pastry shop is a delightful moment to enjoy a coffee and savour a unique sfogliatella called “La Santa Rosa.” Continuing our journey, we’ll reach the breathtaking village of Positano—a place often considered one of the most beautiful towns in the world. Our route then takes us along the scenic roads to Salerno and Eboli, where we’ll visit a local caseificio (cheese factory) for a taste of the globally acclaimed mozzarella di bufala cheese. Back on the saddle, we’ll pedal for 20 kilometres to reach the enchanting village of Paestum. Here, you’ll have time to unwind at our hotel and explore the awe-inspiring and splendidly preserved Greek temples. We’ll meet up for dinner at our favourite restaurant in town, ensuring a perfect conclusion to a day filled with memorable discoveries and flavours.

Our day begins with a nourishing breakfast, preparing us for another unforgettable ride through the region’s scenic landscapes. We’ll embark on a route characterized by gentle ascents and smooth descents, leading us to the charming village of Castellabate, nestled within the Cilento National Park—an area that earned its place on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1998. In the heart of this national park, we’ll arrive at a secluded panoramic spot that provides a perfect setting to bask in endless vistas of the emerald sea and the enchanting islands that dot the horizon. This moment is sure to be etched in your memory. As we exit the park, our journey takes us through the picturesque fishing village of Ogliastro Marina, where we’ll encounter a pair of gentle climbs and subsequent descents, all set against a stunning backdrop. The roads will guide us to Palinuro, a true gem on the Amalfi Coast. In Palinuro, we’ll ascend to a panoramic vantage point, where you can soak in breathtaking vistas of the boundless blue sea, take pictures to capture the moment, and visit the lighthouse—the second-highest in Italy. We’ll conclude this remarkable day with a traditional dinner in a garden overlooking the sea, providing a perfect backdrop for reflection and relaxation.

After savouring a leisurely Italian breakfast at our hotel, perched on a stunning cape, we’ll begin our day with a delightful downhill ride, taking us into the scenic hinterland. Our route unfolds with a series of gentle ascents and descents, leading us through charming villages like Centola, Foria, and San Mauro la Bruca. Here, we’ll delve into the heart of the so-called “Small Dolomites of Cilento,” nestled within the UNESCO World Heritage-listed national park, an honour bestowed in 1998. Riding for approximately 50 kilometres from our hotel, we’ll reach the medieval hamlet of San Severino. From this vantage point, we’ll embark on a memorable 12-kilometre descent to Marina di Camerota. A refreshing espresso and a delectable sfogliatella will prepare us for a ride along one of Europe’s most scenic coastal roads. Along the way, you’ll be treated to breathtaking views of the sea, rugged cliffs, secluded bays, and the endless emerald expanse. Our day concludes in Palinuro, where we’ll experience the renowned hospitality of southern Italy. We’ll savour great seafood and indulge in flavorful wines, ensuring an evening of authentic culinary delights and warm camaraderie.

Our day begins with a delightful 10-kilometre stretch along the dramatic coastline, allowing us to savour the sea’s beauty. After bidding farewell to the shoreline, we’ll face a significant ascent that spans 15 kilometres through the untamed hinterland. This climb will lead us to the enchanting village of San Giovanni a Piro, nestled in the magical surroundings of Cilento, embraced by the crystalline waters of the Gulf of Policastro—an area that beckons us to explore. From San Giovanni a Piro, we’ll embark on a thrilling descent to Scario on the coastline, offering captivating views of the blissful Cilento coast. With the sea at our backs, we’ll commence a 10-kilometre ascent into the hinterland, journeying through Policastro Bussentino, Torre Orsaia, and Roccagloriosa. Our reward is a 20-kilometre descent alongside the sparkling blue waters of the river Mingardo, where we’ll relish jaw-dropping vistas of Palinuro Bay. As we approach our hotel, a brief ascent awaits us before we celebrate this incredible region with a special farewell dinner, commemorating our journey through Cilento’s splendid landscapes.
